i dont have acne or anything, but pretty mid skin that could be better so i started taking 20mg ed, should I run this for a year/year and a half and then hop off completely? will the results stay forever or what

20 mg for a year is ight, i took 40 mg for 9 months and it helped alot but i had a shit ton of acne also

my family also doesnt possess any acne genes, nobody has it or had it, but skin can be improved from accutane even besides the acne part

Of course, but my skincare is literally water and a natural zinc SPF 50 sunscreen. That's all I put on my face and I get asked if I'm wearing makeup. If you don't have acne you can try the same in terms of sunscreen but accutane is goated so doesn't really matter.

from tretinoin or tazarotene with way less risk specially for someone like you that

You'll probably look like shit the entire time you'll on it from the dry skin and lips,
most people get really bad skin sensitivity and joint pain
more uncommonly people get mood swings, hair thinning, etc
You can easily avoid all of this if you get on retinoids
