Accutanes worst side affect

Nose dryness is by far the worst side affects I've experienced in accutane, especially since I moved up to 60mg a day
I was scrolling reels in the dark and thought I had a runny nose so I wiped it with some tissues and threw them onto a desk. They landed in the light and they were pretty fucking bloody. Turned on the room lights and I had just bled from my nose.
Accutane totally worth it though.
