acetozalamide good or bad

I heard that acetozalamide would help against bloat, and im heavily affected by bloat. Its pretty cheap so buying it wouldn't be stupid. Is it Worth it?

take 125 mg and notice the diference, its a diueretic. some slight weight lifting right after u take it can also help, lifting completely eliminates any bloat i have and im 16 kg overweight

Ive only managed to find one with 250mg. And also can i ask why you are on site since 2022 and overweight (with respect)
