To achieve the result of your morph you just need fillers. Implants won’t look that sharp. They will look bulky

Do you look better? A little

You could nonetheless consult a maxfac to see if some kind of rotation can alleviate the horse face. Also remove upper eyelid exposure through fat grafting.

One thing you need to do, most definitely, is to sort out your headspace. Take a break from lookism, you seem like you’re really struggling with your mental health.

i feel like the jaw is way too steep for fillers it's either bimax with implants or just facial implants, youll definitely look better but there are so many fucking issues.. you'll need a lot more surgeries
