U think I need more than just bimax? Would a standard bimax from a regular surgeon be good or do I need to go to a blackpilled surgeon

bpilled surgeons are always better if you aim for aesthetics. just save more money

I guess I gotta go overseas to turkey for a bped surgeon, im not sure about how good surgeons are here in Australia, I mean we are 1st world but most surgeons here are prolly bluepilled id assume
