Nice the plane looks pretty realistic. just make sure you get the right-sized implants and don't overdo it, the goal is to appear as if you never had implants done, when it comes to the implants' material, like PEEK or silicone; that is very debatable and situational, but wish you luck bro, hopefully there's a thread on here somewhere about implant material, definitely would be worth reading,
