None that I'm aware of. Jordan Barret had a wide nose, and he did get a rhino. That's probably your only permanent solution.

that’s annoying cuz the only thing i want to fix my nose with is lower jaw + slight uppwr jaw support via bimax (more ccw rotation aswell) if that doesn’t do it then i’ll remove my dorsal hump but i don’t know if i want to augment my nose on its own
