Achievable? What surgeries?

Hey this is my first ever post, In the following year I'm looking to do a few surgeries. Please let me know if its possible to go from pic1 to pic2.

I believe I need the following surgeries correct me if I am wrong.

• Infra orbital implants or fat grafting (I've had dark eyebags my entire life)
• Lower Blepharoplasty
• Jaw and chin implants

Are there any other surgeries that I should focus on instead? Is this a realistic outcome?
