need to know what’s realistic and what’s not so i can plan accordingly, getting my first paid swe internship this summer (nepotism is law) so i can actually start saving significant money for hardmaxxes

you know most chimps have a higher iq then you right ? go back to the drawing board or cage

least aggressive reply to a genuine inquiry for advice on .org. also that’s not what cage means AT ALL

i didn’t touch the malar area at all. everything i did was shorten the lower third, rotate nose tip a little upwards, REDUCE the projection of my nasion, nudge the line below my eyes a little forwards and bring the lower forehead forwards. i dont think any of that can’t be achieved with hight cut lf1, rhino and implants

high cut is a meme lol

high cut is a meme lol
by high cut i mean it encapsulates the anterior nasal spine to achieve as much of the nasal tip changes i want without rhino so that all i need to do is shave down the bridge a little bit instead of try and restructure the entire tip and base

While your morph looks quite nice on its own, I don't think it is very realistic (probably too autistic, which got Lurking Truecel mad ).
We would need better pictures to allow reliable assessments. No odd angle and posture.

Upon first inspection, it seems that you only have minor flaws ; namely a dorsal hump and a steep mentolabial crease. The lower lip is also a bit overprojected (ideally, it should sit slightly behind the upper lip), but the angle might be misleading.
Other than that, I'm not seeing what you've pointed out (flawed brow ridge, nasion, eyes, lower third). The upturned nose is a personal preference, and seems to match a current trend among tiktokcels favoring pretty boy aesthetics. Your original tip looks fine to me, but you do you.

A much more conservative morph (most likely too conservative for your tastes) :

This would only require a rhinoplasty and some type of filler (fat or else) to fill up the mentolabial crease. The lower lip doesn't justify any procedure, assuming it's not just a photo angle trick.

i just have thick lip borders so they project from the side, not too autistic for me this is exactly my language. if i got the chin crease filled with fat, would it be worth to just do undereyes too? thanks g

edit: front pic so you can see my undereyes, they’re a bit curved

also here’s a neutral side pic not head turned this time, bit bloated but not severe

bruh what are you doing you already mog

@idkwhattoputhere thanks for the additional pics.

To answer the thread's title :

trimax — absolutely not
saddled infras — absolutely not
rhino — not needed, unless the dorsal hump really bothers you ; your nose looks ideal from the front, I'd recommend to leave it as it is.
forehead implant — ??? Your pictures don't really allow to assess this part (covered with hair), but that sounds really overkill and unnecessary.

At this point, you may think I'm a blue-pilled grey or really opposed to surgeries. Not at all. Here are my suggestions to make it to CL :

- you can restore symmetry of your chin either by augmenting the less developed side (genio, fillers) ; or by shaving off the more developed side. Augmentation will create quite a long chin, but you could pull it off ; shaving off will result in a less striking chin, and will harmonize nicely with the rest of your face.

- your philtrum is quite long, and could be shortened with a lip lift ; you could expand the upper lip's vermilion at the same time, or not.

- while your angularity is already pretty good (cheekbones, gonions, chin), you could bring it out a little more with fillers. I'm thinking of jaw angles / gonions in particular. Your chin may benefit from such fine-tuning after its symmetry has been restored.

- based on the miniature profile pic that can be seen on the side profile pic, I guess an otoplasty could be a good idea.

That's all I see when it comes to hardmaxxes.
Now, about softmaxxes :

- dye your eyebrows a shade darker

- although your current eyelashes aren't bad, you could grow them denser and longer with Latisse / bimatoprost

- go to a hair colorist, in order to improve your overall coloring. I think your current light brown hair is a bit dull and doesn't fully compliment your features.

- if your hairline is thinning or receding, address it right away with adequate hairloss treatments (finasteride/dutasteride, minoxidil, microneedling) ; not saying that your hairline is actually thinning or receding, but the way you manipulate your hair in the front profile pic and the scalp show right around the hairline kinda let me think there might be the beginning of an issue.

Morph with long chin (and other alterations) :

Idk1

Morph with shorter chin (and other alterations) :

Idk2

Idk2

I guess the combination of chin reduction and lip lift would in fact achieve what you initially envisioned with a trimax ... ? i.e. making your lower third more compact-looking.
I don't think you need a fat graft to the undereyes at all.

thanks so much g, appreciate it. hairline has been like that since i was 5 years old, i just have a massive cranium lmao. i agree with everything you said here except for one thing. see my jaw used to be symmetrical, then the wisdom tooth erupted on one side and it started getting way thicker. dentist said the other side is lagging behind but based on oral volume i don’t need extraction, so im gonna wait a year to let the other side grow in before considering any jaw filler. other than that, the morphs are crazy good and everything looks legit! tysm 🙏

growing out your lashes would help a huge bit too maybe with minox
