So the first pic is the original photo that I took and the second pic is an edited version with just wider pfl and the last is me with wider pfl and ideal esr of .46. Do you guys think the one with just wider pfl is achievable with canthoplasty on both inner and outer corners? And what would be the rating of the ideal esr of .46, I was thinking high HTN to Low CL.

No, it would only make an illusion

Your palpebral fissure expands as far as your orbitals allow them too, as well as your surrounding canthi muscles, to achieve a wider PFL you'd need a bilateral tripod osteotomy and even then, it wouldn't look that different

So you’re saying that I’m screwed no matter what. Also what decides how long your palperbral fissure length bc I though everyone’s eyeball was the same diameter/length, so how is it ppl have longer looking eyes without it not showing red parts of your eye

No, everyone has the same sized eye globe, your PFL is determined by how your orbitals are positioned and the way your surrounding muscles and tissues are shaped

Isn’t obo like super dangerous. Whats the success rate on that surgery anyway?
