Achieved Hollows at 20% BF With Saline

Bout to go out soon and i just pinned 4ML saline into zygos and 1ML into chin. This is fucking insane, easy temp filler (I already did DIY Chin Filler but i needed some more projection.

And im 20% BF so ofc a fatter face (YES IM LEANING DOWN) But the projection is insane, i legit have slight hollows now due to the lateral and anterior projection increase from the zygos and the increase in chin width. Ofc ts is gone in 1-2 daysbut idgaf


If you want temp filler just pin saline into areas you want to add projection to
