Intro:
Achieving clear, healthy skin can significantly enhance your appearance and overall well-being. While many guides focus solely on skincare routines, there are additional factors that contribute to a flawless complexion. By addressing issues such as acne, scarring, uneven skin tone, and coloring, you can project a more vibrant, healthy, and presentable image. Flawless skin is not only noticeable but can also boost your confidence and attract positive attention. In this guide, we'll explore comprehensive approaches to skin health that go beyond traditional skincare advice. We'll demonstrate how improving your skin's condition can transform your appearance and leave a lasting impression.
A proper routine:
You do not need to spend hundreds of dollars on skincare products that won't do anything for you and could just introduce your skin to endocrine disrupters and many other chemicals. So what do we do?
Get beef tallow.
Why should we do this? Beef tallow is a remarkable natural skincare ingredient that offers a multitude of benefits for your skin and hair. Its unique composition provides an ideal balance of fatty acids, nourishing your skin with essential nutrients. Additionally, beef tallow contains fat-soluble vitamins that penetrate deep into the skin, promoting cellular health and rejuvenation. An unexpected bonus of using beef tallow is its ability to stimulate hair growth, not only enhancing your eyelashes and eyebrows but also potentially reversing hair loss when applied to the scalp. (You can even rub some on your nuts if you want them to receive these essential nutrients lmao).
To cleanse, use cold water.
You don't need a cleanser at all. Just rinse your face with cold water, preferably filtered to avoid potential skin problems. This is especially important if your tap water contains high levels of heavy metals or other contaminants that can dry out your skin. If your face feels particularly dirty, or if you work in a dusty or dirty environment (like construction or waste management), you might want to use Aleppo soap occasionally. However, for most people, cold water is enough for daily cleansing.

Correcting undertones:
I just copied most of this from my other thread on coloring, which you can view here.
Everything in orange is from @enchanted_elixir
You can choose to have tanned skin or paler skin (need the right undertones to pull this off or else you will look like Harry Potter below). I highly recommend using the faceapp* to see if you look better tanned or pale (costs money, if there are any free alternatives then use that).

Collagen and diet:
- To improve your skin health, focus on eating foods that are low in tryptophan and methionine, such as plain, lean muscle meats. Additionally, include foods rich in glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline, like organ meats, tendons, animal skins, red meat with bones, bone broths, and stews. This balance of amino acids can contribute to better skin health.
- Other things to consume can be grass-fed, bovine gelatin powder. Strive to consume 30g+ a day, just dissolve this with water or make jello, side note, do not consume after 6 pm. Why not after 6 pm? During the day, your body naturally regulates chlorine levels in your neurons (brain cells) to help keep you alert. At night, this process reverses to help you sleep. When you take glycine at night, it can interfere with this natural process. Glycine allows chlorine to leave your neurons, which makes them more active. This is the opposite of what you want at bedtime. It's like accidentally drinking coffee before bed - it can make it harder for you to fall asleep and affect your sleep quality. To support your body's natural sleep-wake cycle, it's best to avoid increasing your glycine intake in the evening hours.
- Mineralise your body by indulging in: oysters, swimming in ocean water, organ meats (liver, heart), raw milk, nettle tea, bee pollen, shellfish, shilajit, seaweeds
- Avoid eating seed oils and processed foods because these foods are highly inflammatory. Your body has different ways to get rid of waste and toxins. While the skin can help with this process through sweating, it's not supposed to be the main way your body detoxifies. The liver is the key player when it comes to cleaning your body from the inside. Think of it like this: your liver is like a powerful filter, processing the things you eat and drink. When it's working well, most of the waste products end up in your poop. That's the healthiest and most efficient way for your body to get rid of toxins. If you eat unhealthy foods, your body should still be able to process them mainly through your liver and digestive system. In an ideal situation, these toxins wouldn't cause skin problems because they'd be eliminated through your poop, not pushed out through your skin. So, maintaining a healthy liver is key to keeping your skin clear and reducing the chances of toxins trying to escape through your skin.
Detoxifying the liver:
- Supplementing TUDCA (tauroursodeoxycholic acid) offers several benefits for liver health, primarily through its detoxifying abilities. As a bile acid, TUDCA helps thin bile and improve its flow, aiding the liver in eliminating toxins and waste products. It acts as a chemical chaperone, reducing cellular stress by assisting proteins to fold correctly, which is crucial for maintaining liver function. TUDCA has hepatoprotective effects, protecting liver cells from damage caused by toxins and inflammation, and may help prevent cell death in liver tissue. Additionally, it supports mitochondrial health, reduces inflammation, and may decrease liver fibrosis, which is important in preventing the progression of liver diseases. TUDCA also aids in cholesterol metabolism by increasing its excretion from the body, thereby reducing the liver's burden in processing excess cholesterol.
- Other ways of helping the liver: limiting alcohol, not smoking, having high quality/quantity sleep, getting sunlight daily, and not consuming more garbage.
Correcting undertones:
I just copied most of this from my other thread on coloring, which you can view here.

- How to deal with undertones: To warm your undertones do a Lycopene and Beta Carotene Megadosing (Stack). To cool down your undertones use Hydroquinone and Kojic acid. To remove your olive undertones, use Astaxanthin, Kojic Acid, and Glutathione (Stack). Look at the chart below to see what these undertones look like:
How to tan properly:- Step one, go to the beach. If there's no sunlight where you live then you can visit solariums.
- Use olive oil/coconut oil, or beef tallow instead of sunscreen.
- Seek shade when you feel too exposed to the sun.
- Eat more cholesterol from an animal-based diet and consume more vitamin C-rich fruits.
- Seriously limit seed oil intake, and avoid a processed diet.
- (NB): Wear linen or cotton when going to the beach.
- Do not wear sunglasses, they block the receptors in your eyes responsible for melanin production
How to lighten your skin:
- Glutathione Megadosing
S-Acetyl Glutathione (Absorption Optimized) (USD 30 x 60 Capsules, 300mg/capsule)
- 4x per day (1,200mg/day). The more you take, the faster the results. You must take at least 500mg a day to see any results.
- Liposomal Glutathione (Absorption Optimized, slightly worse than the one above) (USD 35 x 60 Capsules, 700mg/capsule)
- 2x per day (1,400mg/day). The more you take, the faster the results. You must take at least 500mg a day to see any results.
- Vitamin C Megadosing
- Liposomal Vitamin C (USD 18 x 180 capsules)
- 2x per day (3,300mg/day). The more you take, the faster the results.
- Kojic Acid is a naturally made acid that is good at killing melanocyte cells.
- Kojic Acid + Vitamin C Soap ($15 USD x 2 Bars)
- Use every day.
- Kojic Acid Lotion ($15 USD x 250mL)
- Use every day.
Why having a caramel bronze skin color is biologically superior: Skin color is determined by melanin, a pigment produced in our skin. A caramel bronze skin tone represents a balanced amount of melanin, offering several biological advantages. This skin tone provides moderate protection against harmful UV radiation, reducing the risk of skin damage and cancer. At the same time, it allows enough UV-B light to penetrate the skin for adequate vitamin D production, which is crucial for bone health and immune function. It also helps preserve folate, an important nutrient for DNA synthesis and aids in regulating body temperature.
General habits for better skin:
- Do not wear synthetic materials like polyester: instead, opt for natural fibers like wool, linen, and cotton.
- Do not touch your face with dirty hands and change your pillowcase frequently.
- Get sunlight and ground. Or just go to the beach, swimming in the ocean will also provide your skin with minerals.
- Getting stung by a bee. Bee venom has gained popularity in skincare and medicine due to its unique properties. It's known to boost collagen and elastin production, which helps keep skin youthful and wrinkle-free. Half of bee venom consists of melittin, a compound made up of 26 amino acids, which has shown potential in fighting diseases and may even have anti-cancer properties. It has a history of medicinal use spanning thousands of years. It's important to use bee venom products cautiously, especially if you have allergies. (You do not need to do this at all but it works lmao, just follow everything above and you'll be good).
