Everyone says this I was moving my cheeks/jaw since my acne is mostly under my jawline haha, basically making a kissing face and moving my mouth the other way

how long have you been on these creams (since the time you started adapalene) ?
Bb cream is a like a tinited sunscreen but that’s not what helped my acne. I didn’t purge at all with adapaline and it basically took about a month to control it. Adapaline was nice cause there were visual improvement every morning it works wonders. I really switched to iso since my acne is still persistent and I want a smaller nose jfl. Rn plan is 20 mg for 10 months (kinda nucked my skin by taking 40 mg for a month so back to the original 20 mg plan.) but if more is needed I’ll continue 10-20 mg iso. Once off iso I’ll just use adapaline nightly.
