acne and acne scars

I got serious acne scars on the sides of my face and need to know what can help,
I have regular acne aswell but the scars are the worst, Currently I'm using a normal cerave cleanser and some sort of osmotic gel, don't know exactly what it is.
was thinking of hopping on Accutane but then i read about the side effects, so now I'm just considering tretinoin
What should I do?

For acne scars just go for needling sessions or a harsh chemical mask

I guess I do, but it comes and goes very fast and doesn't appear for like a week or 2.
Also can't needling sessions fuck you up even more if you still have Acne? I still have a bit of acne near my scars

Hop on tret and when ur acne is gone then do needling sessions or chemical mask

You can do derma stamping for scars but only when your acne is completly gone. For getting acne gone get on tret, for my acne it is working

I Just went to a new doctor because my other one retired or some shit but I just randomly asked about acne and tretinoin and he just said "you want isotretinoin?" didn't even finish my sentence and he gave me a prescription
