best thing for hormonal acne? I was thinking about getting Azelaic acid, or a retinoid like adapalene. Also will a herbst bring my lips forward, because I need my chin to go forward. And if everything moves the same. Practically no chin projection will happen

no herbst will only bring your your lower jaw and lower lip forward meaning chin proj. will occur if you have the money for it and want chin proj. then yes it will work if thats what your asking; and for the acne isotretinoin will work if its severe or even slight, basics work.
