genuinely what the fuck do i do this can’t be a normal amount of acne even for a 14 year old going through puberty. this shit spawned in over the last month. i didn’t change anything in my routine or diet. my dad won’t let me use accutane but he said i can pin GHK-CU although i heard it’s cope for acne

Apply a pea sized drop all over your face daily for a couple months and let it dry don’t use water with it read the instructions and advice on it. Those will be helpful for you but you don't need them. Adapalene makes your skin a little dry so the moisturizer would help if you applied it like 10 minutes after the Adapalene.
