17 and have quite a lot of acne, some spread across my face (mainly forehead and sides) while most of it is on my back and chest. Have a decent physique but feel insecure to take of my shirt because of the acne present all over. What are the solutions? Acutene works?

eggetarian (veg and only eggs) eat enough protein a day, barley any sugar, enough fibbers and other nutrients. Dont seem to understand where it is going wrong. Been a while since I stopped wearing synthetic clothing as well.
