Acne between my eyebrows

How do I fix stubborn acne between my eyebrows? I'm on 0.025 tret and while my other acne is beginning to clear up this area won't. Are there any products to target that specific area that aren't cope? I have adapalene 0.1 but that hasn't worked for me in the past. any advice appreciated

clascoterone, azelaic acid and increasing the antioxidant levels in your skins sebum (whether through diet or topically) would probably help, also, you might just need to wait more or bump the tretinoin strength or move on to tazarotene

do u recommend going up a percent or switching to taz? I've been on 0.025 for 60ish days and i've seen less progress than I would like but i'm willing to wait it out a few more months

i would move up to something stronger and potentially incorporate more things if things don't improve any more in 1-2 weeks

ya just did some research on clascoterone i'll get a prescription next time i visit the doctor or derm, thanks
