Acne cyst not fully going away

I had an acne cyst on my forehead which i reduced to basically nothing within a few days by using benzoyl peroxide and hydrocortisone cream. It became almost completely flat but in some lighting its clear its still there, and appears red. Its looked the same for around 2.5 months. Should i try get it removed by a dermatologist or is it possible itll just go away using adequate skincare? Can pm photos of it

Yeah well it hasnt full gone away, just flattened but its still a bit red and in down lighting i can see theres still a lump there.

Accutane is definitely a option for this, the cyst isnt one of those super hard cysts like a ball. it just seems like really badly clogged pores which caused this inflammation.
