acne from MT2

Has anyone else experienced this? it wasn't horrific acne but there was quite a lot on my back/arms which really fucking confused me- (never had this issue before only on my face) idk if it was from the mt2 but it seems likely to me

also sidenote u pale folk have to be CAREFUL on high dose (500 plus) I got a random birthmark on my back that's like 3 inches long (fucking massive)
imagine that shit was on my face woulda been OVER
