I like to suggest eating lots of different fermented foods for gut health, having a good gut biome is often overlooked but it has been shown to be incredibly important

Yeah of course, before hopping on accutane, id recommend trying a benzoyl peroxide wash, sometime that’s enough to get rid of body acne

yeah that’s true, but still 90% of the industry is a scam, and a test to see what people will buy. All you ever need is a wash, (retinol, tretinoin, if prescribed by a derm) and a low ingredient moisturizer if u have dry skin. To me all those serum with fancy words seem like cope

benozyl peroxide on active spots
apply niacinamide after cleaning morning and evening
use dr jart cirapair to hide scars. experiment spot treating / using it on ur whole face, however i noticed it makes u kinda pale if u apply it fully

accutane is the only answer, it ascended me hard 40mg 4 months
