My diet is good i cut out sugar completly only the good one in fruits but what are the foods i should eat?

avoid exfoliants/scrub, use topical retinoid paired with a cleanser and stop eating goyslop/irritants completely, if you don't have time get an accutane prescription, never consider ghk-cu

A gentle cleanser such as la roche posay purifying cleaner, Tret/adapalene and then a non comedegenic moisturizer of your choice, i personally love the Purito bamboo panthenol moisturizer but it depends on your skin type, diet is VERY important too.
