So i posted previously about using tretinoin. Im thinking of using tret and azelaic acid and maybe accutane? to fix my skin - do i have the right idea or is there something missing or i should change

how long have you been on tret? this acne is very little and minor prob wouldnt need actutane ngl. You should still use it to shrink your nose tho if u got a big nose

im not on it yet i was asking about it but had more questions as to wether i should use anything alse i think your right about acutane tho

you really shouldnt hop on accutane tho ngl u got so little acne, but u do got hella dark spots so u should def start using tretinoin

do you recommend some kind of moisturiser or something to keep my skin alright from the tret

Oral retinoids are better than topical shit that barely gets absorbed by the skin or reaches sebaceous glands effectively. Also suppressing the trash hormone DHT can also be very effective for acne.

Oral isotretinoin. You can try oral retinol also which is OTC and cheap if you can't get ahold of isotretinoin, I don't think it is much different from microdosing isotretinoin. Similar effects and side-effects but if you take it long enough is likely to help improve your acne a lot.

As for DHT finasteride or even better dutasteride buuuut you seem to be in HS judging by your username so maybe too early for that.

Damn that sucks, where I live I just buy it as a supplement lol. More a pharmaceutical than supplement IMO that is how potent the shit has been for me even in side-effects when taken too frequently at LESS than RDA dosages over time.

you can use vanicream or cerave moisturizing cream (I use this) just go for one with no scent and not too much chemicals
