Acne is not clearing after nearly 8 months on acutane

I’m currently using 30mgs of acutane and also tret cream 0.05 but my acne is not clearing and hasn’t got any better, I don’t eat like shit no soft drinks or anything not even maccas but it just won’t go away, thinking about getting KPV, what else can I do?

probably too low of a dosage my acne was nuked after like 4 months of 1mg/kg bodyweight

Around 3-4 weeks I purged in my cheeks for a bit and then a lot of the hyperpigmentation and such cleared up. I'm purging a bit in my temple and forehead but it's already starting to disappear so tret was worth it for me. Also note it works differently for everyone.
