Genuinely its like i have soda and the next day it appears it was worse 2 years ago but i feel like im fighting a forever war

I noticed that sleeping long enough and not jerking off were enough to get rid of most my acne

whenever i beat off and then woke up super early the next day i'd be covered in acne for some reason

There is a correlation between good bone structure genetics and good skin genetics. Good/bad genetics usually come in bundles.
