nah i had a nice experience with it i never even got a purge
the main sides i got were dry skin, dry lips, skin/hair wouldn’t produce ANY oil, i only got like 4 nose bleeds during the entire course but that was just me picking my nose to clear it, my skin was very sun sensitive so sun screen was non negotiable otherwise it would burn/rash
all of the negative sides were very easily manageable

We all went through this phase accutane with fixing ur diet gonna save
U should at least get 20 mg dose
If it doesn’t work take 40 mg for a short period cuz u gonna have some serious side
All ur face gonna start peeling and u gonna look dry af
So drink at least 4 l of water
