Just do a simple skin-care routine, cleanser+moisturizer+sunscreen. Retin-A is a good addition but ONLY if you are strict with sunscreen and don't get too much sun

The acne is not from the increase free-test but the increase in estrogen that comes from taking Boron supplements. You need to cycle it. The general consensus is 2 weeks on 1 week off. Btw, from a physiological standpoint the increase in free-test from boron will be negligible.
