Acne on one side of face

I have had acne consistently for about 2 years now. The thing that has remained the same is that I RARELY ever get acne on the left side of my face (currently i have like 2 spots thats it), but 95% of it is on the right side of my face. This shit is so annoying to deal with, is there anything I can do to fix this?

im 16, and my acne occasionally fades, but it always comes back on the right side, i never get any breakouts on the left.

this means its from contact to a dirty pillow so change your covers or flip them and wash ur face frequently, use clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide if u break out they're anti biotic topicals

how often do u wash ur pillowcase
