Acne / PIE Advice / Suggestions

To start I am currently on 80mg isotretinoin daily, I had severe cystic acne previously. Accutane has fixed all of my active acne, I have been on this for 6 months total looking to go for 1 more month.

But it has left me with PIE. (Post Inflammatory Erythema Hyperpigmentation)


What would be the absolute best way to fix this?
