Acne problem

I'm 15 years old, and i've been struggling with acne for a year now, I think it might be the nicotine or the unhealthy diets i've been following but i've had my stops then and there yet still i had alot of acne. I use two products, One is called GeroVital wich is supposed to be a bacteria reducing gel and i use another product called ac-norm by Frezyderm, it specifically targets acne spots and reduces the acne on there

The thing is my parents have never had acne themselves, even when they ate slop food, smoked, hell my dad began smoking when he was 11 yet he never had acne and my brother aswell. If someone knows a fix to this please help a nigga out

Stop the nicotine as a start. Not cold turkey but atleast slow it down.

Its hormonal, get accutane bro, its the only thing thats going to solve it. Instead of coping for 1 more year trying to fix it with basic skincare then realise you need accutane, just hop on accutane already

if your parents never had acne even with dog shit diets maybe consider it is the nicotine and ur stopping (presumably) being 1 week wont change anything as acne is a cycle and not a daily refresher type of thing.

try this product - benzoyl peroxide. some people are very sensative to it but thats not too common and if it doesnt help to the extent you want it to try get accutane yk

I've cut out nicotine alot of times to get rid of my acne, longest i've gone without it would be 2-3 months, my acne was still really bad

Dry skin is kinda annoying especially when ur at a high dose, but literally just moisturize and ur good
Your hair doesn't thin out from accutane it just shortens the lifespan of your follicles while your on it (temporarily) so you'll just shed a little more

eh for now i just eat alot of cheese and 1l of milk a day nothing extra, maybe some meat on a good day
