Ok so i am 17 and my acne is not that bad BUT i get 1 new pimple most days whilst the others fade, they are under the skin and hurt but pop within the day, its just annoying having the redness left over for about 48hrs. my diet is clean and im following a good skincare routine but it doesnt seem to stop. sadly i dont qualify for isotret and cannot be bothered to source hydrocortisone cream from indiamart, anyone got any quick fixes?

Get tretinoin 0,05 and azelaic acid 15-20% (i use 20%) and some decent skincare products without harmful ingridients and you’ll be good
