Acne risk on first cycle 400mg test E

Hi im 16Yo 190cm 80kg im planning to bulk up to 90kg or more i've been working out at the gym for about half a year

i m on 40mg daily accutane for 2-3 months and skin is getting better but still purging a bit

planning to start 400mg test e for the first time pinned EOD to keep levels stable while staying on 40mg accutane (i have good skincare , diet , hygiene) i also take 1mg finasteride daily to block dht i have AI for estradiol on hand pct ready and i do regular bloodwork

my goal is to avoid a huge breakout

for anyone with experience how well does 40mg accutane + finasteride shield against acne on 400mg test e EOD or will the test still trigger a heavy flare up

Edited: I also take peptides (Tb500 Bpc157 Mt1 Kpv) but i dont think they do anything to acne
