Was wondering if cleansing with panoxyl benzol peroxide on days w/o adapalene would be beneficial in reducing acne or not? Cleaning up diet as well but mainly need help on the skincare part. will, but would adding in the panoxyl on off days for retinoid help?
No I don’t think so, they are both fairly harsh on the skin so I would just stick to retinoid no more than 4 times a week before you sleep
You have two options. Go on an elimination diet to find out what is causing the acne (lion diet/ground beef salt water only), or take accutane. You should fix your diet while on accutane and prioritize saturated fats which will eliminate any need for topical skin care as it restores the skin's moisture barrier.
