This is an easy guide to fix acne scars if you like me had severe acne in your early teenage years and have acne scars. I completely fix them with the following things. I don't have any research to prove ot just I ve seen it working on myself.


1st of all you need to get a lot in the sunlight cause it ll heal the damaged tissues and boost ur mitochondria.

2 then u re gonna do micro needling to boost collagen production making the damaged tissue repair themselves

3 Lastly use natural cream containing raw royal gelly and bees wax after micro needling to boost again cell reparation

With this you won't have any acne scars anymore. Greys ll call this cope but that's why they don't ascend.

U can do it straight after I micro needle just before sleeping and just after the royal gelly skincare. I use like 2mm needles now so its not deep and doesn't create harm
