Depends on skin type. If you are black/brown they can take 1 year+ to go. The fastest way to get rid are lasers

Tretinoin is cope. CO2 Laser or suffer. Also Microneedling only gonna help if your scars arent deep.

Depends heavily on scar type, generally for rolling scars you need subcision (NOKOR or Taylor Liberator but this is risky) to break the tethering beneath the skin surface. For more superficial scarring like boxcar then fully ablative laser or TCA cross/paint. But usually fully ablative laser is the nuclear option and very effective for more superficial scarring.

I also had acne scars after accutane and I improved them markedly with said treatments to the point it no longer bothers me at all.
