If there's one thing I'm knowledgeable about, it's acne and acne scars. So, I'm going to give you the easiest way to get back to living after going through the hell of severe acne.
You must have your acne under control (no new outbreaks for at least 5 months) before doing this. First, control it and then do this.(In this guide I don't talk about hyperpigmentation, just scars.)
To begin with, there are many types of scars, but let's look at the two extremes.(I'm attaching photos so you can see which one you're closest to.)
We have severe and mild scars. In the case of severe scars, you will have to pay for a treatment called subsicion (game changer), where a needle breaks the fibrous tissue bonds generated by acne inflammation, With this, they will practically be another person, the broken fibers regenerate normally without the depression that the scar generates, To finish this off pay for a CO2 laser, preferably you can do 2 sessions or as many as necessary.(500usd in my country for a subsicion) laser for 100 or 200 usd, to treat the quality of the outer skin since subsision only acts on the inside
For very light scars, using tetrinoine cream at the highest concentration your skin can tolerate 2 or 3 times a week and sunscreen during treatment should be enough, although you can always do a laser and skip the tetrinoine treatment altogether, which would be very slow.
