Not sure what to do, have these red marks on my face from bad acne I had when I was 16 but I nuked it back then with accutane. When I came off I had these red marks on my face either scaring or hyperpigmentation (but if I feel my skin it’s completely smooth). Problem is, I’m 19 now and they are still there and haven’t faded at all. My skincare is good but I’ve tried loads of products but nothing worked, started using tret about a two months ago but had two long breaks because I burnt my skin twice. But routine right now is doing every two days and using the sandwich method (no burning so far) But thing is, will the tret work? Or should I just get a few ipl sessions and get rid of it? (Ipl or even a chemical peel looks like the only method that would work right now)
