You don‘t, accutane (isotret) is the stronger form of tret taken oraly, your scars run too deep and therefore need a diffrent approach, kid.

Follow a basic skincare non expensive routine and it will be fine. Start using a spf 50+, moisturiser from la roche posay and tret, aa from skinorac and it should work
