been on adapalene for like 3 weeks, and there is significant improvement in skin texture, and there is like minor pimples, but there is still redness under the skin and idk if its scars or inflammation what should i do?

It's PIE ( Post inflammatory erythema)... Basically damaged blood vessels. Those take months to fade away on their own.

Either hop on the klow peptide, or do IPL laser treatments, or both.

No serum or skincare will heal what's under the skin.
 
but strange, when i was on antibiotics they faded do u know why?
Could be that they were less inflamed at the moment. It's normal for PIE to be redder some days, some days barely visible. All based on inflammation, sleep, temperature etc. If you were to go into a sauna, they would be red for a few days.

how to treat them?
 
Like i wrote earlier, either do laser treatments, just wait it out for several months, or hop on the KLOW peptide stack (TB500 and BPC157) to speed up blood vessel healing.
what about azelaic acid?
 
Mostly cope, might do a litte on the outer layer of skin that's red. But it wont heal your blood vessels thar are under the skin.
