Skincare routine with dht suppression (dutasteride 2.5mg is the best) to prevent further cystic acne which causes the worst scarring. Use tretinoin .025 preferably at night or low dose isotretinoin for increased skin turn over rate, and avoid the sun like the plague with spf 50. Try to apply it twice a day, but once in the morning is fine if that’s too much. To actually get rid of the scars you should go to an actual dermatologist clinic and do a mixture of micro needling, laser therapy, and light chemical peels periodically. Some clinics also provide peptide clinics for wound healing but you can use topical ghk cu at home for this if you don’t want to pay.
