acne scars

3 months ago i finished my isotret cycle i stopped getting acne , i hopped on a bleaching routine w hydroquinone 4% which removed all my pigmentation and made me 1-2 shades lighter im still gonna continue this till im bleached

now i have remaining acne scars , what can i do to remove these scars ?

i am doing hydroquinone and tretinoin daily

ive heard microneedling is good for this if so lmk the needle size
