Even if you are Chad, if you have acne, you will never stand out. You will just blend into the crowd and be forgettable. You will no longer catch the attention of attractive women. Not to mention acne is synonymous with adolescence, so if you are still dealing with it in your 20s, girls will just view you as some kid high schooler in their minds.

The scars aren’t terrible if they aren’t too noticeable. They just make you look rough and rugged. You can pull it off if you are sufficiently masculine. Brad Pitt had noticeable acne scars in fight club, and he was still considered a sex symbol in that movie. Having lots pimples, zits, and cysts, will completely nerf you tho.

None of those features are deal breakers(except for abnormalities like my eagle beak nose), acne might be a dealbreaker but it’s not a permanent/inherent failo so it’s not as important

Certainly a bigger deal for women’s attractiveness, still matters for a man’s appeal but it won’t ruin his face unless it is beyond the acceptable range

It’s not permanent tho, it will likely fade with time and if it doesn’t, there are several effective treatments(i.e accutane). That’s why it’s not that big of a deal

A zit every once in a while doesn't affect how people perceive you whatsoever, but if your face is constantly erupting with acne then yeah good luck with having it easy socially. Deep acne scars are even worse as they're permanent no matter how much you cope with treatments.

Dude the difference in attention on the day I had awful death dier acne spot vs before and after was insane

I'm a pretty interesting looking nigga and people look at me a lot everyday

But on the day or two my face was like this fucking nobody looked in my direction, not even my professors, i didn't mind because I knew it'd go away but it's an insane fucking difference

Like girls who sneak looks at me didn't even acknowledge me those days

It's almost a universal truth how these will failo you, there's no point in discussing. It's as simple as, don't have big ears that stick out, don't wear glasses, have clear skin. Lips and nose I think get a bit of discussion, and I think they're more nuanced.

Acne ruined 2 years of my life. I went from HTN to subhuman in 6 months also its a vicious cycle since stress makes acne worse and being mistreated made me more stressed going on anti biotics single handily ruined a year or 2 of my life doctors are evil scum bags. (The anti biotics fucked my gut biome up and gave me horrible cystic acne)
