Acne

i’m 19 years of age and i’ve never had a problem with acne until around 5 months ago, i have it all over my face, i take many supplements to try and combat this and have a consistent basic skin care routine but nothing works. i was wondering if it may be because of the amount of supplements. supplements i take : l arginine 1500mg, probiotic (30b enzymes), msm 2400mg, potassium chloride 750mg, omega 3 2000mg, vitamin d 4000iu, zinc 15mg, astaxanthin 7mg, beta carotene 14mg, lycopene 10mg, magnesium 400mg, ashwaghanda 500mg and collagen 10g.
if anyone could help me out and tell me what the issue may be and if it may be the amount of supplements or a specific supplement tell me what to cut out or lower the dose of. any help appreciated sorry if i sound low iq.
