I been on that sugar and carb stuff my acne keeps coming back it’s super inconsistent like 1 week itl be clear the next raped my acne. Might be my hormones but idfk

skincare gets more important as you age, but when you're young acne is also easier to take care of. if your acne is shit skincare at 15 it's negligible but at 20 25 skincare is a must.

Maintain a routine with spf50, moisturiser from la roche posay along with tret from skinorac and you will be fine
