How can I improve my skin care routine?

Currently using (in this order): cleanser, hyraulonic acid serum, niacimide + zinc serum, vitamin c serum, moisturiser, sunscreen

I also use tretinoin as much as my skin can tolerate, and do deep dermastamping once a month (to remove acne scars, if its not too late)

Please tell me how I can improve my skin care routine, without spending unessary money. i also think simplicity is best, so perhaps I don't need to add anything else?
