Both testosterone and DHT increase oil production, I mean nuke DHT either way, and see if it solves your issue, but be aware that testosterone has a similar effect to DHT in acne via the sebaceous glands (although less potent).

well I wouldn't jump Accutane straight away. If you are experiencing body acne, then yeah go for it, but if you aren't cycling just yet, start, pair it with dutasteride and see if you get acne.

Some people don't even get acne to begin with (although that depends on the dosages and protocol you're doing of course), use Accutane only if your skin starts to degrade, not as preventative treatment.

Or really that's what I personally do, in reality the side effects of Accutane aren't relevant if you're not using it like a dumbass, so really there would be no harm in doing it, but I would only use is it if I had to

Well yeah, there's your answer, it depends on sourcing of course, just use whatever option's convenient for you (price, sourcing) and solves your issue. If you don't get whole body acne, and works for your face, just keep that up, I don't see why you should do Accutane

dut + accutane is perfect to fix acne

isotretinoin is so important when it comes to acne because a overproduction of sebum is a key factor in the development of acne. Excess sebum production can lead to a inflammation and the formation of acne.

And isotretinoin is HIGHLY effective at reducing sebum production. It works by shrinking the sebaceous glands, which can decrease sebum output by up to 90%, within only a few weeks of treatment. This reduction in sebum oil is a major reason why isotretinoin is considered the most effective treatment for acne.

Isotretinoin, exfoliates your skin, shrinks pores and rapes oily skin.

Dutasteride just works like,

indirectly by reducing DHT, which lowers sebum production.
Dutasteride is a good way to maintain your isotretinoin results,

also use a topical retinoid post isotretinoin cycle

either way, there are countless of other reasons why you should take dutasteride on your cycle

hair loss, collagen elastin loss and prostate enlargement for example

nevertheless you should take dutasteride on your cycle

obv only dutasteride post puberty (tanner stage 5)
