How does this seem?
Try not to use cleansers, they're not on your skin long enough to do anything meaningful. Tried SA cleanser before and all it did was damage my skin barrier. The Ordinary has good leave-on SA, and i got my bp from benzac

How do I use it and how effective is it?
It's a BHA, which means it gets into the pores and helps dissolve oil and other stuff. If you read the thread in BOTB about the acne guide, you will know that getting rid of this excess sebum/oil will help reduce acne significantly. SA also increases your skin's cell turnover, meaning more pimples will come out than at a normal rate because all the bad stuff is being pushed out to the top. Now, you may also note that there is another underlying cause of acne: C. bacterium (cutibacterium acnes). This is where benzoyl peroxide comes in. It penetrates deep into the skin, killing cutibacterium, which effectively stops the root cause. Both of these treatments are applied after cleanser, wait 10 minutes for skin to dry, then apply BP or SA. Make sure to moisturize both at night and day, because your skin WILL be dry when you use it. I like to do two drops of SA per area (l/r cheek, forehead). And you can use SA or BP by themselves, it's just that when used together, the potency of the treatment increases tenfold.

What cleanser would u recommend?

Btw I’m thinking of buying just bp for now, should I buy a gel or bp face wash??
Buy a gel or cream for sure. Gel is if your skin is more oily, cream is better if your skin is drier.

get retinol 0.25% and a benzoyl peroxide soap. Also, a suncreen and a moisturizer.
If u want retinol in cheap price use ths code "BEAUTY10" for dermacarehub products.

Everything for acne is useless apart from exfoliating, accutane and retinals /retinoids
