Legit like a few days ago my skin was looking so nice and it just random broke out again and I got like 5 pimples, they’re all around my mouth/chin area and I honestly don’t got a clue why they started popping up again, I’ve been hella consistent with skincare. Someone lmk

hormonal spikes during puberty, these are commonly found near chin and jaw area. legit jsut ur hormones spiking up, nothing thats part your fault. you can go to a family doctor to try to get something perscribed. usually they will put you on something light for 2-3 months and if it doesnt fix then they up the dose or change to something more heavy. -> checkmark solution

Pollution, hormone spikes, climate change causes these stuff even if your diet is top tier. No need to be worried bout it. if you are, then go to your dermat.

Based on the places it most definitely hormonal, maybe you didn’t sleep enough or had a lot of stress. It can also just be bc your young and hormones spike and acne comes as a result
