Before Accutane check list:

Skin care? (Basic no serums or magic fairy dust marketing slop)

Diet? (Not explaining… but could be dairy causing it)

Laundry Detergent? (This was my root cause)

Air Quality? (Consider a air purifier)

I would look into Tretinoin first. Don’t start with anything but .025 trust me.

You can inject GHK-CU but I doubt you will.

I’ve been on Tret .1% and it worked great for 6 months but after a while your barrier can get fucked even if you tolerate it and have a breakout. I would reccomend every 6 months taking a 2 week break then going back to 2-3-4-5 days a week.

Start using a good cleanser, a moisturiser and spf from la roche posay along with tret from skinorac and maintain a decent diet.
