My skin is decent enough apart from these disgusting patches around my mouth
I am eating clean unprocessed foods, drink 3l of water,do daily skincare and exercise frequently
Bc this is probably hormonal acne it may just go in a few weeks but these patches have been around for the last month and a half
Apart from accutane will anything get me results in 2-3 months
I was thinking abt starting to use benzoyl peroxide or is that too weak

use tretinoin. start from 0,025 and go to 0,05. this’ll be enough. ur skin is not that bad.
if u want faster result u can try tazarotene, but 99% it will irritate your skin and it will burn like bitch. if you don’t need fast results and you prefer safely way and don’t want to have irritated red skin use adapalene gel. i’m using tretinoin 0.1% gel in microsphere and it’s the best skincare product for me

Ok will I be able to see results in 2 moths if I keep on track with a healthy lifestyle

depends on what you will use.
adapalene is the safest but also the slowest, he will clean your skin by 2-3 months
tretinoin is the most popular and dermatologically tested, but it’s also more aggressive for skin. he will dry your skin, kill acne bacteria and normalise your sebaceous glands & oil producing.
tazarotene is the most aggressive, but he is working real fast. you will get terrible irritation but the result worth it

i think the best option for you is tretinoin, with your acne form you should start using 0,05. after this course you can use tret 0,025 just to keep your skin clean
